Leonard is our master cobbler and the backbone of our repair shop. With decades of hands-on experience, he has worked on just about every kind of footwear out there — from heavy-duty work boots and western boots to clogs, high-end dress shoes, and specialty brands. If it can be worn, he has likely repaired it.

Over the years, Leonard has seen every type of shoe disaster: blown-out soles, broken zippers, torn leather, worn-down heels, cracked midsoles, stretched boots, and all the little problems customers thought were “impossible to fix.” Each repair has added to his expertise, and there are very few jobs he hasn’t mastered. His technical knowledge runs deep, and his workmanship speaks for itself.

Leonard is more than a cobbler. He’s a craftsman who genuinely cares about the shoes people love, and he treats every repair like it matters — because to our customers, it always does.

Maggie is the heart of our repair counter. She trained in a European four-year textile school, where she learned precision stitching, construction, and the kind of detail work that only comes from real hands-on training.

At the shop, Maggie handles the repair side for purses, handbags, belts, zippers, backpacks, small shoe fixes, patching, stitching, and all the little jobs that keep your favourite pieces alive. She’s known for her steady hands, sharp eye, and honest, no-nonsense approach to restoring items people actually love to use.

If it needs stitching, patching, reinforcing, or rescuing, Maggie is usually the one who makes it happen.

Lois is our dedicated Manager and the friendly face you’ll almost always see on the sales floor. She brings a genuine love for shoes and years of customer-service experience to everything she does. With an eye for style and comfort, she keeps our inventory fresh, curated, and always on-trend — making sure there’s something for every foot that walks through our door.

Lois has a natural talent for helping customers feel at ease. She listens, pays attention to the little details, and knows how to match people with the right fit, whether it’s everyday comfort, stylish boots, or something a bit unique. Her goal is simple: make every visit enjoyable and help every customer leave happy.
