Be sure to include your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief note regarding the repairs needed. Once we receive the package in the shop, we will contact you to discuss your repair order. At this time, we will need your credit card information for payment.
STEP 2:
.Assessment
As soon as we receive your footwear at the shop, we will assess your order and reach out to you if we need to further discuss repair options and price adjustments.
STEP 3 :
Repair
Upon order approval, we will charge your credit card and begin the repair process. Once completed, we will ship your repaired items right back you
STEP 4 :
Need a Price Quote?
If you need a price quote before sending your footwear in for repair, please e-mail us a detailed description of the repairs needed as well as some pictures. Please note that without seeing your actual footwear, we can only provide a rough estimate.
