Step 1: Place Your Order
If you’d like to mail your footwear to us for repair, please send your package to:

Include the following inside your package:
- Your full name
- Return address
- Phone number
- A short note describing the repairs you’d like done
Once your package arrives, we’ll inspect your items and give you a call to confirm the work and provide an estimate. At that time, we’ll collect your payment details securely over the phone before starting the repair.
Step 2: Assessment
Once your footwear arrives at our shop, we’ll carefully assess the condition and required repairs. If any additional work or price adjustments are needed, we’ll contact you to discuss the details before proceeding.
STEP 3 : Repair
After you approve the order, we’ll process your payment and begin the repair work. Once your items are complete, we’ll carefully package and ship them back to you right away.
Need a Price Quote?
If you’d like a price quote before sending your footwear in for repair, please email us a detailed description of the work needed along with a few clear photos. Keep in mind that without seeing your footwear in person, we can only provide a rough estimate.
